This is a really nice shot , the colors are nice and bright and the bubbles have nice detail . Read the artists description about the color theory. Great work, well done.

A color theory photography assignment in which we needed to apply a principle of color design from the Bauhaus Color Theory during a photography shoot in the studio. I felt like working with some citrus fruit, which made the studio smell fabulous!

I chose the cold-warm contrast of orange and green citrus fruit because I think they inspire a sense of excitement that might come with eating bubbly citrus fruit. I centered green instead of orange because in the Bauhaus theory orange sets off more psychological flairs than green, and green can be a little less striking to look at as a result.

It's a typical warm seasonal day, the sun is shining and the air is free, nature is getting it's vibrant colours back and wildlife is full of energy after the hard months of hibernation.

This piece to me represents warmth symbolicoly with the mixture of the light end of the green spectrum as well as the shades of orange as well as the fact it reminds me of a cocktail you would have next to your deck chair in the summer months.

I keep looking at this and think "Damn i'm thirsty..." but with that aside you have a perfect eye for this line of photography and I cannot think of anything wrong with this piece.

I hope this was a fair critique.
